Excellent product
This Toto product is excellent. Works well with all features. The conveniences we have today are incredible. Bought one year ago and extremely happy with it. Am going to buy another one this week for the upstairs bathroom. A great product. Highly recommend.

Got my order quick although the toto toilet came broken now dealing with the return

Remote not working
The remote function is super delayed. And often doesn't work. I just had it installed 3 days ago. I need help troubleshooting it or have it replaced. Not sure if it's a defective toilet
