POTOMAC CHOCOLATE Bar Chocolate Upala 85Pct, 50 GR

I bought this chocolate after meeting the owner here in Richmond VA. I guess I was wanting to try something made in Virginia and being a chocolate lover I found this was the best way. Something that is awesome is that he roasts his own beans in house. Only a few do this. This ultra dark chocolate bar does not taste like burnt dirt like most the others do that I have had. Equal Exchange was a very good dark chocolate I liked until I tried this one. It is actually smoother than you may think. I plan on trying it with one of Alton's hot cocoa recipes from Good Eats on Food Network. He takes many different dark chocolates and creates the ultimate hot cocoa. I am hoping to try some of the other chocolate Potomac has. Best of all it is made in the USA, and being that I live in Virginia and it is made in Virginia is even better.
