## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why ultra-clarity crystal?**
A: Ultra-clarity crystal renders the glass lip almost non-existent, smoothly transitioning your beverage to your mouth for a better tasting experience. It also allows for a clearer, more brilliant shine and feels sleek and light in your hand.

**Q: What if I receive a glass that’s broken or has a defect?**
A: If you find that your glassware is broken or has a defect — we'll send you a replacement!

**Q: Why should you use a glass specifically designed for your beverage of choice?**
A: Most premium glassware is made to match your drink: red glasses are wider for more aeration, white glasses are smaller to preserve temperature, and so on. That's why we offer red, white, and champagne versions — and specialty cocktail glasses, too!

**Q: What makes Elixir glasses different from other glasses?**
A: Our wine glasses are thoughtfully designed and carefully handcrafted by crystal artisans. From its precise body to its wide, ultra-thin rim, each glass is made to enhance your beverage’s flavors and bring your tasting experience to the next level.
