Awful customer service-Cam doesn’t work SpyPoint cost service unresponsive

This company SpyPoint are totally unresponsive-we are using this camera for doglost Hadith as volunteers and we are being charged monthly without the camera working at all or customer service responding at all. Have paid 4 months now subscription and not had the camera work for one second. Also wasting batteries etc…. This is extremely frustrating and at a loss to the camera help we needed and the money we have spent towards what should be a good cause. If the seller can come tact the company spypoint and ask them to respond to us perhaps we would get somewhere!
