If your PoE nvr is using pins 4,5,7 or 8 for data or power then this splitter will not work. **Q: Is there a pin out diagram for this device available?** A: I haven't seen a pinout or wiring diagram, but this device puts pins 1,2,3 and 6 from the first port and puts them on wires 1,2,3 and 6 in the cable, and takes pins 1,2,3 and 6 from the second port and puts them on wires 4,5,7 and 8 in the cable.
