Recommend this supplement, it has made a difference
I’ve been taking these zinc tablets for a while now, and I’m happy with them. As with any supplement, you need to give it time to work and let your body benefit from it. I felt that I needed some extra zinc, and after taking it consistently, I did notice I felt a bit better.I’ve also been taking other supplements, so I can’t say it was only the zinc, but overall I’ve had a positive experience. The tablets are easy to swallow, and I’ve had no issues with them. I’d definitely recommend this brand and would buy it again.
