These supplements are AMAZING!! They have both Magnesium and calcium! What more can you ask for? After chemo (2025 - 2026) I was completly depleated of all magnisium. After months and months of cramps in my legs, ankles, and hands I was trying everything! I finally found these EZ melts and thought ... why not? These did the trick!! FINALLY my blood work came back and my magnisium AND calcium were at the perfect levels!! I have not had any cramps since taking these! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT THAT WORKS!! I will continue to buy these and I also started taking the vitamin C, B12 and Iron melts!! These melts taste great and dissovle fast. You will not be dissapointed!

These provide a good alternative to the oversized calcium pills that I’ve taken in the past. The taste is pleasant and they easily melt on my tongue.

Love these. Nice flavor and ez melt as they say. Not sure how good the quality is of the substances but I do like them. We will see when I get the results of my next blood draw back if my Vit. D and calcium are up.

They look and taste like a Tums .

I love these things better than taking calcium pills because I had the gastric bypass surgery and regular pills do not absorb into my system through my stomach but these are great and the flavor is great also.

While the the label promotes a clean, vegan formula, the ingredient list raises questions. "Natural flavors" and "natural color" are vague terms that provide very little transparency. The addition of mannitol and xylitol may not agree with everyone, especially those with sensitive digestion. I was also surprised to see magnesium oxide used rather than a more absorbable form of magnesium. What initially led me to look deeper into the ingredients was the tablets themselves. I frequently noticed hard granules in the chewable tablets that seemed almost like tiny rocks and didn't appear to dissolve well. I can literally cut them with the tip of a knife. Because of that experience, the convenience of a chewable tablet was not really an advantage for me. It prompted me to research the different forms of magnesium and their absorption rates. After learning more, I was disappointed to find that this product uses magnesium oxide, which is generally considered one of the least bioavailable forms of magnesium. Would love to see this product become more transparent. While I appreciate the company's effort to create a vegan, sugar-free product, consumers deserve greater transparency about ingredients and higher-quality forms of nutrients in products they take every day. This keeps the review professional, experience-based, and focused on ingredient quality and transparency rather than sounding overly harsh.
