Miracle-Gro Premium Peat-Free Houseplant Potting Mix, 10L

Bought this to repot house plants - now inundated with fungus gnats! Avoid this product unless you want to be fighting off an invasion of gnats.

I bought this compost for re-potting plants that had grown out of their pots. The quantity you get is perfectly adequate for this purpose. The compost you get is of reasonable quality and is suitable for houseplants. Be aware that this is only a small bag of compost which would not go very far in the garden.

Plants like it

Sold as a soil for houseplants, the quality of this soil was very bad.The soil was contaminated with a pervasive fungus which I am still attempting to eradicate from the plants affected.I query whether this was a legitimate Miracle-Gro product and/or whether it was stored incorrectly by the seller.

Did the job. Maybe a wee bit course but plants are looking good since ‘potted on’.

Plants seem to be thriving in this soil but so are all the tiny flies in it! Won't buy again.
