they work, pretty much.
PRO: Oh, these are sooooooo soft!! The stretchy material they use is awesome!!!!CON #1: Getting it out of the way, these are too expensive. I think $10 less a pair would be appropriate. But, having said that, I had purchased cheaper ones previously that crackled when I walked like I had on a plastic diaper. They went in the trash. Horrible. :(Size was perfect - Beware, though - I decided to purchase a couple more, and found them on sale on the Thinx site. Purchased same product, same size - but they are actually a bit snugger - especially around the leg openings. They will be ok, as I only wear these at home.CON #2: They do absorb little leaks, but, FOR ME PERSONALLY, when I'm out working, I want to have a dry pad against my skin, so change pads when needed (btw, I found Poise better than Tena for absorbing away from the surface!!). And if I have a coughing spell (allergies & asthma), forget it - this underwear will not dry with any amt of liquid, and yes, there will be an odor, although you may be the only one to notice. So, you can't just change underwear, like you can a pad.I do wear them at home (where I can change them if needed), because I get tired of feeling that pad between my legs - it get annoying at times. So, at home, I have some freedom, and peace of mind, with these underwear, because I'm always close to a fresh pair.

Love, these
Well, I am so surprised I saw a commercial for a different brand and bought a pair which were about three times the price so then I decided to look on Amazon and came across these. I am so happy that I did. They are so comfortable so beautiful they do exactly what they’re supposed to do. They’re not for heavy incontinence, I use them only at night. There’s times that I wish that they were plain underwear because I would love to wear these all the time. Thank you so much for coming up with this. Also, I am not being compensated for a good review. This is a 100% honest review. I ordered quite a few pair so you will see that I cut and pasted this review for my other items that I purchased and it’s only because I feel exactly the same Way about all of these underwear.

FABULOUS PRODUCT! I'VE THROWN OUT MY PADS! THESE ARE GREAT!
Great product. Nice fitting No more bulky pads! Nice material, like swimsuit material - soft and silky.Same price as from the company web site, but you get them overnight with Amazon, instead of a week or so with Thinx!Odd sizing thought. I'm a size 24 and had to buy a 5x! Should be a 2 x in american sizing. Can't even tell where these are from because the label is printed in minute text.Highly recommend for those afraid of occasional leaks. I'm using every day and every night! Caneled my solimo pads subscription! It's worth the price. The navy briefs are different from the color briefs. Tags are missing and info is printed inside instead of nice tags sewn in.

Maximum wear time not addressed
I have a disease of the bladder similar to childbirth- daily. Needless to say incontinence has been an issue for some time. But it also has made me aware of the pluses and minuses of pads, underwear etc. One thing my doctors have made very clear is that pads should be worn a maximum of 6 hrs. Since I urinate nearly hrly/24/7) it hasn’t been a problem. These are still a pad, more comfortable and certainly nicer, but still a pad. So they need to be changed regularly. I don’t know that I will use these all the time, I’m used to pads and they are easier to use once accustomed- but I will definitely use them for sleeping, massages, and other shorter time things. I intend to buy more and simply keep them near the toilet as well as an old style diaper pail. If you think- wow these are expensive, you haven’t been using pads long enough. I figure these will pay for themselves with less than a months use. Thank you speax for finally addressing a much too long ignored issue.

Well worth it
Comfortable and easy to care for.

Very comfortable
Fits really well. Soft, stretchy and comfortable. Washing instructions indicate that they could be effective for about 2 years if hand-washed or machine washed and hung to dry.

Cancer hysterectomy and bladder problems
They fit well and are helping so I don’t have to wear pads non stop. My bladder dropped after a year after cancer treatments.
