I am planning on using these to cover the wires from a mounted baby monitor. Can you remove and replace the face of the covers easily?

Yes you can. I removed and replaced mine several times as laying out cords to a tv with several bends with no issues. The 10th time snaps in as nice as the first.

There are 9 strips @ 16.6 inches for a total of 150 inches...

where can I get extra inside corner pieces?

I'd suggest contacting EVEO... I'm guessing you've already ordered a concealer kit from them... If so, go to your "orders" page and open the order, click the EVEO link and it will give you an option to contact the company...
