Helped with ny hand strength.
I had open heart surgery and had an artery used for the test in my forearm. I lost strength in part of my hand and fingers as well as numbness. This fit perfectly, easy to use and helped me return to normal quickly. The nubs on it help stimulate the feeling. Great value for the money.

Great for strengthening wrists
Love this device. I recently fell and sprained both wrists. I’m just getting to a place where I can exercise with this device. It feels great and I expect my wrists will soon be stronger. I recommend this device.
