I have meaning to post this for a week or so but have been ultra busy. I mentioned in January that I wanted to buy a game a month to build up our board game stockpile. I decided to alternate kids versus adult board games each month. January was Adult (Wits and Wagers) and February I bought the kids the new Headbandz game. They LOVED it. I LOVED it, even my husband LOVED it (which says alot). We tore open the box and in less than 5 minutes the instructions were read and the game was ready to be played. When it comes to something new in our household minimal set up is always a plus. The kids jumped in and got to playing and it was hilarious some of their guesses but it really worked their imagination and made them analyze the questions they were asking and the answers they were getting. I have to say it's more than just a game it does have some educational advantages. I sat down and played with my kids as did my husband and we really enjoyed it. I had to get back to housework but really was sad I couldn't play more. It has entertained the kids several times now in the past week and was definately worth the money. We will be taking this game on vacations as well as it's so easy to set up and bring along. Great for the houseboat vacations and hotel rooms alike when the day is over but the kids are not quite ready for bed. A definate must buy for kids 10 and under. Minimal if no adult supervision required but you will want to supervise if not play because the game is so fun. I already have my adults game picked out for March and can't wait to buy it. We have an upcoming vacation to Lake Powell the end of May (houseboat stay with 16 friends). These games are going to come in handy for evening fun.

How does it work? A headband on your head, holding a card with a picture that only the others can see. The person with the headband is to guess what's on the card. Why get it? Kids love it. This game is one of the first things my 8-year-old's friends pull out (and we have at least 40 board games) and want to play, every time they come over. Replay value? As other reviewers have pointed out, the replay value is limited due to a limited number of cards. That is if you play by the rules. There are so many ways to improvise with this game, and that includes adding different cards, making your own, attaching post-it notes to the cards. So if that's the case, why get it all? Because it makes you PLAY. We all have ideas about doing charades and 20-questions (Alexa makes us do that more often) but the beauty of this games is ITS SIMPLICITY. You pull it out. You get started in 2 minutes. It reminds you to PLAY. Anyone can play, and you can adjust for everyone's level. Great for learning how to think about sorting big amounts of data. Great for learning how to phrase questions. Great communication activity. Lots of laughters and fun.

I purchased the 'HedBanz Game' as a Christmas gift for kids in the family. The product was packaged well and it was delivered on time. I was not around when the game was played, but from what I have heard from other family members the kids like it a lot! They find it fun and engaging. The parents like the game, because it is an 'old school' group style of game, and not a solo video game. HedBanz is one of those games that promotes social interaction between kids and adults as well. I am looking forward to playing it! AMAZON IS THE BEST! When I originally purchased this Christmas gift on December 17th (along with another gift), they were delivered on time - but were stolen! I reported the robbery to the police, because that is what you are supposed to do. I, myself, put this matter at the bottom of the polices priorities. Then, I called AMAZON and explained the situation. AMAZON was very understanding and replaced this gift and the other, at no additional cost to me! They were both delivered in time for the holiday! I, of course, give AMAZON a huge THANK YOU for the amazing customer service I received!

Hedbanz is a total blast for any party! It’s quick, easy to pick up, and everyone loves the challenge of guessing what’s on their head. Whether it’s family or friends, it always leads to laughs and fun moments. The game is perfect for all ages (7 and up) and keeps the energy high. If you're looking for a simple but hilarious game to keep the party going, Hedbanz is definitely the way to go!

I obviously didn't read all the reviews so maybe this not too repetitive here...my kids first saw the concept of this game on an episode of iCarly. Spencer, Freddie & dates begin playing, the guys cannot figure out the object on their cards, completely ignore their dates, miss the movie, get ditched & are still sitting at the kitchen table at 1am when Carly & Sam come home from an event. They blow the whole thing when they divulge what each have on their bandz. Cute episode! My 4yo daughter has asked for this game since she first saw the show. My 12yo son agreed it'd probably be fun. I gave it to her this Christmas from my aunt who gives me $ to pick their gifts. We immediately opened it & played around at our family function. My daughter had to be helped along w/a few clues but did remarkably well! -i.e her card(with a picture) was guitar. After the always, 'am I an animal?' 'am I food?' we gave her a hint..you can play with me or play me. A few more guesses..we said you're an instrument. She guessed piano, drums, trumpet & saxophone. Continual 'you are close.' She got it. I agree that there's not near enough cards but that's a fixable problem. My aunt is a retired 2nd grade teacher & LOVED playing a few rounds with my daughter & the educational value!! To sum up this long review..you can create your own style of playing w/out all the 'rules' to.fit the player. It's worth the amazon price in my opinion to have fun while learning & creating memories with your entire family!! Hope all who buys enjoys!

This was a fun game. We got lots of fun hours and good memories playing this. It was fun and the kids love it! Try it you won't be disappointed

Super fun game for ESL students to learn vocabulary.

Such a fun game! The headbands are a little tricky to snap together, but it may get easier with use. The kids love it and it’s great family fun.

Un clásico de los juegos de mesa: tienes que adivinar qué eres (la tarjeta de tu cabeza) sólo haciendo preguntas cuya contestación sea sí o no. Incluye un reloj de arena y unas fichas que se van insertando en la diadema, cada vez que aciertes. En mi caso, ésta es la versión en ingles. Ideal para aprender vocabulario y gramática. Aunque en la caja se recomienda para más de 7 años, es ideal desde 6 incluso desde 5, puesto que la mecánica del juego es muy sencilla. Las cintas para poner las tarjetas son de plástico duro pero flexible, y regulables. Buena calidad a un precio razonable. La App no funciona.
