This is an awesome product. The needle nose dispenser gets the graphite perfectly into the wheel hubs and under the nail head on the outside of the wheel. The graphite is super fine compared to the standard graphite we've used in the past. The wheels spin great. Used it on my son's car this year and won 1st in the Pack. Just helped with a nephew's car last weekend. Before adding graphite wheels spun for 5 seconds. After 1 light application of graphite spun for 16 to 20 seconds. With a full application my son's car wheels spun roughly 28 to 30 seconds. Have a couple years left of pinewood derby and we will definitely use only this product!

I like this better than the standard stuff in the white plastic tube. The particle size is much smaller. The needle tip works well for getting the powder just where you want it.To reduce the chance of the needle cloging it's best to keep the needle pointed up so you get more air than graphite each time you squeeze the bottle. You want to have the powder come out in puffs.If you point the neede down and squeeze hard on the bottle you will likely clog the needle. I have a very thin and stiff wire that I can use to unclog the needle but most people don't have one of these.

can easily install graphite where you want with long needle and not make big mess all over the place. also makes wheels spin better

Not too shabby for a total noob. She beat the science teacher's kid and an engineer's kid. I have to say, though, this stuff is one of the messiest products I have ever used, and that's saying something.
