It was a present

I must admit when the parcel arrived I was disappointed. It was much much smaller than expected and there was a rubber band wrapped round the box to keep the lid on. Because the box was so small I thought the headband, bracelets were not there but when I open the box they were but I’m not sure it will fit my granddaughter as they look small. I definitely think it wasn’t worth the money I paid for it.

I'm so happy with these. I bought them for my 3 year old niece to keep her entertained and she loves them. All different shapes and different types of beads. She did find it hard to click them together at first as they're a bit tough but she soon got the hang of it and made me a bracelet lol. Good quality and comes in a little lock and lock box so you dont lose all the pieces.

Box turned up cracked. Not sure on the quality either would have liked it to be better

My daughter loves these. They snap together so easily, making them a great activity for fine motor control and creating patterns while she thinks she is just making jewellery!

Very poor packaging. Just a clear plastic box. No picture or description Bit disappointing

Extremely poor customer service. I returned the item as it arrived in a broken box. However I have only received a partial refund. I paid £16.99 and they refunded my £10.54. Extremely unimpressed

To start the product that arrives is not what you see in the photo. Bead connectors have broken within ten minutes of use. No ring bases, no hair band base and lots of beads were broken on arrival.
