If there is less than one star I’ll not hesitate but unfortunately there isn’t. When I first started the coffee maker after following the instructions provided, the machine sounds suppressed and not even a single drop of water came out from the capsules. When I checked the capsule and the led I noticed a mark kept by the penetrating needle on the silicon lid, the mark was about 2 mm away from the lid hole even though hole was kept at exact correct location (6 o’clock). In fact the difference can’t be corrected by rotating the capsule since the lid hole is deeper into the center of the capsule comparing the the needle mark. It is obvious that location of lid hole is WRONG. I checked all three lids and found exact same problem. Thinking it is a manufacturing defect, I decided to increase the hole size just to allow the needle to go in. When I tried this, water started flowing through the capsule but considerable amount of water and coffee started spilling out through the machine body and easily reached the table and messed up the coffee machine and its surroundings 😡😡😡. I decided to quit and throw away the whole product in trash so pulled the lever up to take the capsule out but lever was considerably hard and for a moment I thought it’ll break, luckily it didn’t but when it moved the lid was stuck to the moving head (part of the machine that compress the capsule) and I ended up with lid stuck to the machine, an open capsule and my machine covered with coffee powder 🤬🤬🤬 I tried too many capsules before from cheap to expensive for the same machine but I never faced such bad experience. Buying this product was a complete waste of money and time. Luckily I had my coffee machine not damaged. DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT

Worked once and now is clogged up. Even though I followed instructions. Not sure what to do to fix it
