Great product, thank you for suppling this train set. It was fast shipping you will like it.

Super detailed product but spoilt by the wrong power supply transformer in the box. 120 volt input instead of 240 volt input. Now having to look for plug in 240 volt to 120 volt step down transformer. Why this mistake Bachmann?

Couplers did not work. They did provide replacement in box. So known issue. You need tweezers and magnifying glass to change.

The train set itself is beautiful and quality however it’s for use in the United States and not the UK where it is being sold! Having contacted Bachmann directly they have informed me that they do not sell through Amazon and when purchased from them or an official retailer they would swap over the power packs ensuring the power supply and plug is suitable for the country it’s sold in. So please be cautious, this set is half the price of it elsewhere but there’s no mention you’ll need to spend more money on a new power supply pack x
