They are NON GMO, Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Vegan and Kosher

**Q: What are these lemons used for?**
A: it's pickled lemon to eat with your food, if you like lemon it test great :)

**Q: Where are these made?**
A: The company Casablanca Market is located in California. The lemons are grown in Morroco. I don't have my jar anymore, but it should  give more info on the label about where they are processed.

**Q: I ordered two jars and only received one?.  Can you please send the other jar or refund?**
A: A very long time in the fridge.
