This unit is well built and is easy to install it you follow directions dry fit make sure you made the cuts right . Delivery was as expected takes awhile to get the item but the wait was well worth it. Recommend it highly of you can't wait they do carry this same item at lowes.

I bought this bathtub drain for a complete bathroom renovation. I was looking for something like the Kohler version of the same thing, which at Home Depot costs more than $130. It does the job and looks nice, although my main complaint with the drain is that it will sometimes not stay open when the knob is turned. This seems to be something that's improving with time, so perhaps it just needed to be broken in with use. All in all, easy to install and I'd recommend it!

I purchased a Whirlpool tub and the drain kit it came with was very cheaply made and broke during installation. I purchased this kit and was happy with the quality and construction. The PVC pipe was much thicker than the one that came with our tub. Installation was easy. Very good product for a reasonable price which I would recommend.

My cable that opens and closes the drain had frozen up and would not work. I ordered this replacement assembly. My plumber installed it and it works perfect.

Installation was easy. Plumbers putty is recommended for installation. Quality material. Time will tell how long the finish will last.

I bought a 20" deep bathtub and bought a standard size drain kit (oops). I took that one back and ordered this one. It fits perfectly! Very well made. I am looking forward to taking many baths.

Bought this product in 3/2021, now it is 2/2024. It was working fine until this morning. If you turn the handle clockwise to open the drain and let go then the handle turns counterclockwise about an inch. This causes the stopper to fall back and no longer allowing the water to drain. The main component of this product is under the drain and the whole unit will need to be replaced to work properly. Now all the drain pipes have to be replaced, seals resealed. Yes I got 3 yrs of usage, but now I've got a weekend to replace something that should not have worn out.

Seems to be of good quality and well finished.

Very easy to install. Be mindful that the pipes are PVC and not ABS, just make sure to have the right glue at hand.

You turn the nob and the plunger at the drain does not stay up.the plunger drops back down and the water doesn’t drain,so you turn the on again and need to remove the drain plunger so the tub water drains
