Another problem is external siren, its not water proof and had to be connected to power for long run, so not really suitable for most places. overall not really happy with it ! Review: Difficulty connecting base station. - I was unable to connect it to my router via the only way through wifi. Issued problem reports and followed all the steps that were given by customer service. The base station would not connect. Tried IOS and Android. Selected 2.4gb still would not connect. Isolated cameras and shut them down although they were on 5g. Rebooted the router. Ensured that switches were correct in router as per customer service. Still would not connect. Unfortunately I had to return the item. It looked like a good system though. Watched many YouTube videos on the system showing how to connect. Called my service provider to walk me through it. Disconnected any systems on 2.4g. Speed check all above limits suggested. Still unable to connect. Disappointed.

Its hard to sync the device with the Wifi ( eazy wifi mode didnt even work and had to do it through AP mode). Normal user would find it very difficult to setup and manual is very short and doesnt have description. Another problem is external siren, its not water proof and had to be connected to power for long run, so not really suitable for most places. overall not really happy with it !
