At first I thought this was a bit pricey. After receiving and putting together I believe this is a great buy. This is built very sturdy and the pads are better than I expected. I've had other home versions of leg extension/curl benches and this is by far the best built one I've owned. I have a hoist bench and this fit perfectly into the receiver. Also the pin was on the correct side to lock in the extension. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that has a bench that you could attach this to. It's better than buying another piece of equipment to take up more room.

This attachment is nicely built and will likely last upwards of 10 years. The welds are clean and the powder coating is nice and matches the bench perfectly. That being said, there's a couple things I don't like about this attachment. First, with leg curls, I feel like I can't bring the weight up high enough without the pad falling forward and landing on my butt, causing me to have to push it off my butt to start another rep. There's a steep learning curve to figure out how far you can go without it falling forward but at that sweet spot it feels like I'm not going high enough to feel my hamstrings stretch. It would be nice if there was some sort of tension spring to help get it back to the start position, even if it landed on your butt. My second gripe is that the sleeve for the weights is made of plastic, maybe PVC. Although it seems to be holding up fine so far, I don't imagine it will still be in good condition after a year of sliding plates on and off. For those two reasons (mostly the first reason), I don't know that I'd really recommend this attachment to others. I get annoyed immediately after it falls on my butt and it causes me to lose focus and motivation when I'm having to push it off my butt after every rep. I wouldn't buy this again but it still works so I decided to keep it.

This is a beautiful leg curl/extension attachment. High quality. Only reason why I gave it 4 stars is I had to return it cause when doing lying leg curls there’s no stopper to stop the arm from going all the way to hit you and if going heavy it could definitely hurt.

The leg extension piece was easy to put together. The instructions are by drawing, but still very easy to follow and figure out. Like the rest of the system (bench, FT1, etc), this is item is very sturdy, and, will last forever in a home use environment. Thank you!

I am satisfied with the purchase. Excellent quality construction, very sturdy, I put it together in no time. Ok, lets just say this isn't a piece of equipment you'd probably find in a fancy gym it's for a home gym and it works just fine. Most importantly, it saves me a trip to the gym and gets the job done. I would definitely buy this product again. Just keep in mind, it is for a home gym and for the price its a great deal.

Finally pulled the trigger to add on to my Inspire FT2. Smooth as butter on glass. I’m enjoying getting my leg curls and extensions on at home again. Would recommend if you’ve already chunked down the money for the FT2. Must have accessory in my opinion

Good money saver I watched a review on it on YouTube and have to say hes right. It feels heavier with plates rather then cable machine. On the cable machines I'm doing around 130 to 165 lbs on this 90lbs. It makes you go slow witch is good for your growth.
