I have been taking cod liver supplements since I was 25. these are one supplements which I never forget to take. I switched the supplier from my previous one to Now Supplements due to availability. Works well for health, especially assisting with gout prevention. One tip I would add is due to the heat waves here in Sydney, its advisable to refrigerate as leaving it out doesn't guarantee a sub 25C temp.... and pretty sure a rancid situation will occur.
