I have NEVER used rice paper before. I have been experimenting with different cuisines, and wanted to give spring rolls a try. Finding these on Amazon was incredibly convenient.Being an amateur, I read through the reviews for hints. The paper has to be soaked. I put about a half inch of water into a pie dish, which helps to keep any splash contained. 15 seconds seems to give a good flexibility to the paper. One paper seems so thin, that I took another reviewers suggestion of using two. This works fine, but it is unnecessary. The paper is flexible enough that one will not tear when rolling, and once cooked, one tastes better than two in my opinion. One also seems crunchier, since it cooks easier. Two takes a bit longer to cook, and depending on what you have inside, you might not be happy with the results of lengthy baking. ****I Have only baked, and NOT fried*** While new to this product, I am not new to cooking, and suggest that my review be considered only for those who are baking , since frying may change things.

I gave 3 stars because these weren't what I was looking for, but for what they are, they are good. I was looking for better ones to fry with.

I liked these! I used them to make fried egg/spring rolls - my first since going Gluten Free many years ago.

Disappointed that two of the packages were torn open when they arrived
