I’ve tried unscrewing the tip, above the knurled section, the end cap. Nothing comes off.** A: The tip can get pretty tight. I put a piece of rubber (ranger band in my case) around the tip and used a pair of pliers to loosen. The rubber gives you grip and keeps the pliers from scratching the tip.
