## Questions & Answers

**Q: My chair power adapter output is 29v 2Amp, will this battery work for me ?**
A: Please confirm:
The adapter connector is exactly the same as the product picture.
Not for lift single recliner with 3 motors and current more than 5A.

**Q: What is the warranty period - do you have extended warranty?**
A: 12 months from order date.

**Q: Is it compatible with a touch controller**
A: Not sure what a touch controller is I have buttons on side of couch and works fine. It is a battery so I assume should work with what ever control you use to control the recline as it only provides the power has no function in the mechanism.

**Q: Can this be left connected to the mains power adapter all the time (as a power failure backup) or must it be unplugged once charged?**
A: left connected to the mains power adapter or unplugged it's ok, up to you.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Game changer
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 25 March 2025*

I'm so pleased with this product. I really didn't want cables across the floor as I am open plan. This works fabulously. Lasts about 3 weeks before a charge. Would recommend this battery.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Prefect! Just what we needed
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 26 January 2026*

Brilliant little battery pack! Lasts way longer than a month with daily use in fact only charged twice since buying. Charging is easy as the plug the sofa came with acts as the charge! No unsightly wires on a sofa in the middle if the room!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good batteries for my recliner chairs
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 1 February 2026*

These were easy to fit to my two reclining chairs and they perform well. In a month now and still working efficiently and are holding a good charge. Happy with these batteries, they were easy to charge up to full capacity
