It's a stretchy band with 2 slits in the back for the flat headphones to fit into. I see others complaining that the headband stretches out, but you can slip the flat speakers out of the headband and wash it. I really enjoy these as I'm a side sleeper. I don't feel like they're stabbing me in the ears. the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the volume is very very low even when you have the speakers directly over your ears. I use them to listen to ASMR videos on YouTube. Now if you will excuse me I have to go listen to somebody tap their fingernails on a spatula.

These are wonderful. I love to go to sleep with Mind Melding Sounds. But, I primarily sleep on my side. Which usually makes my ear hurr on that side. This product is perfect for using!

These are good and they sound good. The headband is gigantic so if you have a huge noggin they will still be comfortable. I have a regular sized head so they slip down out of place every once in a while. I don't know how they would work if you wanted to use them for jogging, I just use them for sleeping.

So far it is doing well. Because of the construction the earphones inside are better covered that other products I have tried. This feature is necessary because I use it to listen to recordings for the whole night. Much less ear pain than other products.

I can’t sleep without chatter in my head. This is probably why i’m tired all the time.Regardless, i keep buying these sleep phones because they’re inexpensive and work well.They give out after 5-6 months; something invariably breaks-a cable, etc. but they do the job.

Did not last very long. Cord clearly was easily damaged internally despite care to avoid stress on the material. While they worked, they were nice. I suppose if you are a very calm sleeper, they could last longer and be a better value.

I only wish they were a little bit louder. But they aren't too quiet to enjoy by any means. Very comfortable and surprisingly warm. Can be worn as a headband ot a sleep aid/blindfold.

These headphones have been a great help to me, allowing me to get sleep -- while listening to white noise -- on noisy nights.
