The product was used for connecting a Pioneer DVD player with a built in 5.1 sound system to an OLED TV and now it sounds absolutely amazing. The product is simple to set up and very happy with the purchase. Highly recommended!

Good quality

I bought this for my tv, as the tv doesn't have a headphone jack. This DAC works as advertised, it connects to my tv via the digital audio out, and I can then use headphones to watch tv late at night. This DAC also has a volume control, which is handy as when I am plugged in, the tv volume control no longer works. The only downside of this DAC is that it seems to generate a bit of interference noise. I have to move it around to try and minimize the interference noise. Fortunately, you cannot really hear the interference noise once a movie or tv program is playing. Overall, would highly recommend this unit, it works well and was a good price.

Worked great as a modern CD DAC/preamp to 200W/channel Amplifier. Good piece of hardware to glue together old components to new.

Audio Quality is excellent for a unit at this price. RCA output is rated at 3V but, in my opinion, does not reach this level. I would have preferred a higher output level to feed my HiFi system aux. input. Output level does not increase after the control is turned past about half way so disappointed.

After connecting via Optic cable my audio quality is significantly improved, and most importantly there is almost no noise mixed up with my music, making my audio experience enjoyable
