Savings on Cat toy
Our cats really like a toy called a Purrpellor. Sufficiently so that the Purrpellor itself rarely survives a play session. At $6 each at the pet store, this was pretty uneconomical.Bought these feathers. The Purrpellor is a wood bead with 3 embedded feathers and a swivel. Drill out the damaged feathers, a quick dab of Elmer's on the end of these feathers, push the feather back into the bead at a slight angle. Purrpellor is now completely functional, total cost $.27 and 5 minutes.Happy cats too - now I can let them beat up the Purrpellor to heart's content without worrying about the cost.

Smaller than expected
The feathers were smaller than expected. Apparently the quill is included in the measurements and these quills were very long. Beautiful feathers and quality though.
