First time I ordered this lock it was great easy to set up and proram. Unfortunately after a few weeks the keypad and reader stopped working. Support service from the company was great and sent a replacement right awayThe new door lock had an updated appearance and again was easy to set up and program. Now a few months later the print reader never ever reads and approves anyone's registered print and if you punch in any combination of the code even adding additional numbers to the code it unlocks so there now is zero safety provided with this lock and we are out of the support window. Looks like an old fashioned door knob is last option we have to be able to secure our home and I really wanted to love this lock but its durability has rendered that not possible

Update: THIS IS THE WORST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE. I BARELY MADE IT IN TO MY HOUSE SAFELY. THERE WAS GUNFIRE NEAR ME AND I HAD TO HIDE BEHIND A DUMPSTER UNTIL THIS WASTE OF MONEY DECIDED TO WORK***DO NOT BUY*** get a real one by a real lock companyI normally don’t write reviews unless I am really compelled to do so. This is a horrible item. It took forever for the actual set up with the app. The fingerprint reader is horrible. It’s not even an option for me to use. The touchpad works correctly 70% of the time. That may be a score of passing in math but not the percentage I want when I am trying to get into my house. I rarely EVER use the app because the Bluetooth in this unit is HORRIBLE.I wanted a little extra safety, convenience, and piece of mind - what I got: anxiety, a crappy lock, and the uncertainty of whether or not I would make it into my home safely.An ABSOLUTE waste of money.

The media could not be loaded. The app is awesome. You can set temp passwords, add/manage fingerprints, add voice command, add family members, logs entries, and so much more. It has a feature to auto lock which works great in my garage. The overall quality is great. Sturdy powder coated handles and smooth touch keypad make for a pleasing and modern experience. I’m very happy with the outcome. The only challenging part was shaving a little wood on the door to make everything fit better. You also have to drill a small hole above the main one, but that isn’t a big deal.

Originally, I had problems with this lock after a few months. At first, it worked great. After a few months, I had repeated problems with the fingerprint reader. It was very frustrating having to reprogram the fingerprint reader repeatedly. Then I read somewhere that you have to clean the fingerprint reader regularly. It makes sense that continually pressing your fingerprint on the reader leaves oil residue behind. Now I clean the reader lens once a month and I haven't had a problem since.

This lock is pretty neat. I use it for my garage door into my house. It's nice to be able to use your finger print to open coming into the house from the car. Even better that it automatically locks. We leave the garage bays open often. It's great this will always remain locked for security. I've also locked myself out of the house several times having a keyed lock and going outside and not having keys. Installation isn't too bad. It takes minimal skill. I love the app as well. I may buy another for my vacation home.

I have the locked working for 3 years. No major problems. The finger print reader won't work if hands are wet, other than that no complains at all. Original batteries still working.

I hate that every month I have to replace batteries in the door lock. I’ll come home to find the key pad lit up just burning up the batteries. Have questioned this several times with no response from manufacturer. You can find a better designed lock just look past this one. It looks ok, it just doesn’t work good. Batteries are now lasting 10 days. Not worth owning if you have to buy batteries every week. Do not purchase!!

Set up was cumbersome and awkward. The device works very slowly when it does decided to work. The device also goes through new batteries like they are water. The unit tends to jot word at all when the weather is rainy or simply humid. That’s speaker fades and the volume decreases considerably. I gave it a while and tried two different units to ensure up at the same place.
