Delicious! Lightly sweet and aromatic. The real deal.Personally, I love it in oatmeal and in banana tea before bed. Boiling a banana for 10 minutes, straining it into a mug, and adding this cinnamon to taste really helps me get tired - drink one hour before bedtime.

I use only Ceylon cinnamon because of it's low coumarin content. I use A LOT of cinnamon for blood glucose control, and it has been very effective. This particular Ceylon cinnamon is the freshest and best tasting I've ever had. I would give it 5 stars, but there is one problem; transferring the contents of the bag to traditional cinnamon shaker bottles. the way it's packaged makes this difficult. That's my only complaint though. The cinnamon itself is fantastic!

The cinnamon is good but the hairs ain’t.

I held off writing this to try it out for a week. Prior to this, I had used other cinnamons, some of course unknowingly, not real. It was kind of like using saw dust in the bottom of my cup as I used it for health reasons, others turned into slim and would not even go down the drain with little flavor imparted in my drink..I am blown away at the flavor and fine grind of this product, a sweet aroma and when mixed into my coffee or special teas, it never turns into something I hesitate to describe, I highly recommend you give this a try. Hell, I spend more money out for one meal than this cost's and lasts a lot longer, each day, I find myself saying, "I love this cinnamon", makes my day. Quite frankly, I will buy from this company again now that I finally found something this good.

I used one teaspoon of this cinnamon for the first time and found hairs inside.

I'm not an expert but I have a hunch this is not real cinnamon but cassia powder. I will investigate.

I use this product for medicinal purposes but I must say that the odor and taste of this cinnamon is superior to any other that I have tried.
