Difference noted the first week. The taste is awful (you need to know that) and I did see where there are flavors but I chose the unflavored variety. Also: this will probably subtly ’wake up’ your bowel/intestinal function ultimately making it healthier. That result may/may not have been intended or expected but it should be recognized with this product. Im waiting for a more thorough review which I will post later. Meanwhile, I’m just going to note any changes or differences in the ‘before’ vs the ‘after’. I’ll post back in 6 months. I like the purity and ingredients of this aloe. The texture is like water jelly and it's natural. I got it mainly for my fiance acid reflux problem. He drinks twice a day AM and PM, one shot. I think it helps him coat the lining so he can sleeps more than 6 hours. Will continue to drink for mx benefit. A little price but worth it. But the taste could be better.

genuinely the worst tasting thing ever. tastes like how burnt rubber smells. i tried it as a shot this morning and almost threw up. going to look into how to mix it so that i can use this up before trying a different product. i’ve had other aloe juices before and none have ever tasted like that

This is a great product for my occasional reflux and heart burn. It is a light watery liquid slightly lemony, and easy to get down.
