Very good dark roast coffee!
Roasting is much to my taste and price is economical with size very convenient.

Good coffee, not great. Burnt smell.
This is the first time I tried dark roast. The coffee has good flavour but not great. However, the brew smells like it's burnt. That takes away some of the pleasure of drinking coffee since aroma is a huge part of coffee.Apart from that, it's decent and I cannot compare with other dark roast coffees since I haven't tried.

People have some mad expectations
🤯I delayed the purchase of this coffee for almost a month due to bad reviews and was searching for other options. Fed up, finally bought it and took a chance as I anyways wanted coffee for a need not taste.All the reviews claiming it to be a bad, burnt, no aroma coffee are either too sensitive for a dark roast or have some elite class problem.🥴😵Let me tell you, the moment i teared the pack whole room was filled with aroma. Loads and loads of aroma is there.I'm no coffee expert but, it tastes decently well. Beans are good, a mix ofcourse. Colour is perfect. All in all it's good for me or anyone who's looking for a cup of coffee that tastes like coffee and not some sophisticated delicately brewed elite class drink.

Balanced output
This is one of those beans that are not fancy, -are in a budget, but produces excellent output in terms of a balanced espresso. I use it on my espresso machine and must say, despite some reviews criticising some aspects, I found it to have a good balance of intensity, acidity and aroma. I also found that in a 50-50 ratio, it gives excellent results blended with the Lavazza beans.Coffee is a very personal choice. For me, this bean works well.

Enjoyable everyday espresso
Probably not world's best coffee, but makes a very decent espresso when ground with a good grinder. Great value at 800 per kg.
