Product delivery from Amazon was a snap with scheduled delivery -- they came at the start of the delivery window and brought the box into our house without issues.TV is heavy (> 100lbs), so you need at least two people to move/setup/install. We mounted the TV to the wall using a wall bracket (VideoSecu 24 inch Extension Full Motion Swivel Articulating TV Wall Mount). Installation went without issues. For those mounting on top of a cabinet, the TV has two mounting positions for the legs so you can have a narrow or a wide stance (the wide stance is around 17 inches wider). Note that the TV is very big, if you do mount it on a cabinet, you should secure the TV to the wall using an anchor so it doesn't tip over -- they have directions for this in the manual).We have the TV fed from a receiver which has both Dish Network feed as well as a 4K blue ray player. Picture is super clear even for 1080P input (though noticeably better for 4K HDR input).We are using a surround sound audio system so I can't speak to the built in audio.We haven't used much of the TV's smart features preferring instead to use things like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. from the Dish receiver (that way the audio gets fed into the surround sound system).All-in-all a great TV for us.

Very pleased with this television! Unboxing it was a breeze. Super easy to set up too. Some of the new larger televisions are pretty flimsy this one is sturdy! The stands are very durable and packaging is great. You will need to help the delivery person as amazon only sends one person to deliver.

Tv is nice as far as picture quality. The smart features keep telling me to set up the internet then it says connected then you it goes thru it again so not sure what’s going g on. The remote is confusing . Not impressed much with it no number buttons and the talk feature doesn’t work

My wife and I resisted for the past year in purchasing an 85" QLED TV. We finally decided to buy it. What a difference! The size and picture quality is terrific! The set was easy. I was able to hang it without any problems. We are very pleased!
