Does this peel help with diminishing expression lines/wrinkles under eyes? Sensitive skin?

Yes, it helped with my fine lines under my eyes. I don't have sensitive skin, so I can't speak to that part, but it does have a bit of a burn to it when you first put it on (as all good peels should) but not anything that is uncomfortable. Since you have sensitive skin, leave it on for 30 seconds and wash it off. If you don't experience any adverse effects, try a minute or 2 the next week. Push the tolerance a little for best results. If you can tolerate it, you can even put more (layer) for deeper results--or rinse and immediately do another. Whatever you're comfortable doing, but start off small and test (and push) your tolerance just a little. Peeling a day or 2 later is supposed to happen.

How much do you get? Is this 3, 1 ounce bottles?

No, I ended up with the IQ Naturals 5% Glycolic Exfoliation oz bottle. It comes with a wonderful little brush to apply it with. Love this mask!!

Is this peel self-neutralizing? Or should I purchase some sort of DMAE neutralizer for it?

You really do not have to purchase any neutralizer when using this peel - - just use plenty of cold water to rinse peel off. And should you have a particularly sensitive skin, make a paste using baking soda with water, leave it on skin for 1 to 2 minutes. Violla! your skin will look great.

Can I use this on my hands and fingers

I wouldn't, it will make them itch. Pretty much designed for the face
