First, it wasn't even supposed to get here until 15 April, it got here on the 8th. I bought this to make face masks to hand out for free to my husband's employees. I will be honest, I thought it was going to be "DK weight", but I don't mind that it's much thinner. It's about like embroidery floss. In fact I may be ordering even more later for my Punch Needle. But for now I'm using a 1.5mm crochet hook and loving the results. The yarn is so incredibly soft that I know people will use these masks because they aren't "itchy". For you crochet people out there: ch 56. Row 1: SC in second ch from hook, SC in next 9 (10 total sc), 12 HDC, 10 DC, 12 HDC, 10 SC, ch 1, turn. Repeat row 1 for however many rows it takes to cover your nose, mouth and a bit under the chin. For inside pocket, ch 36 and follow only the HDC and DC from the front (12 HDC, 10 DC, 12 HDC). Do one less row for the pocket. Attach to the front (I use SC across top and bottom edges). Attach number of chain stitches at outside edges to slip over ears, or to make long ties. Whichever you prefer. Use a bent large paperclip to pinch top across nose to prevent fogging up glasses. I bought 4 packs in different colors. They are all just beautiful.

Great yarn for the price. Very thin though but soft

I just received this yarn and I absolutely love it. It has 230 yards/meters for a 50 gram ball so it is a LIGHT FINGERING weight yarn. The softness and lightness of the yarn makes it perfect yarn for summer garments. The colours are so rich and vibrant. And the price is affordable. I am a plus size woman and with 10 balls I can get 2 summer tees out of it. I will be ordering more.

I purchased the Cowboy Blue. This is a denim blue color. As other reviewers have stated, it is incredibly soft. The skeins feel so smooth to the touch! I’m making a baby blanket and decided to work through a few skeins before reviewing. I’ve used three so far and found only one tangled/knot area. I’ve attached a photo. This yarn works well with a magic knot. I’ve attached all the new skeins this way and I can’t tell where the knots are located. I’m using a 3mm hook for this project because I wanted the blanket to have a little more weight. The yarn is closest to 4ply when comparing to yarns I’ve used in the past. The yarn itself is not stretchy in any way but with the pattern I chose it has a little stretch. The yarn is six individual threads twisted together so you do have to make sure you don’t drop a thread or snag a single thread from the previous row. After a few rows, I was able to adjust the tension perfectly and can move quickly without snagging or anything. I am still so in love with this yarn. It is a pure pleasure to touch. I only wish there were more saturated colors to choose from! It also has lovely drape.
