If I take one a day it keeps the acne away. For real. I know that Accutane is derived from vitamin A, and that beta-carotene is supposed to be the more natural form of vitamin A, so I decided to try it for my acne and it has worked fabulously. Work great but do NOT use it for too long because it can cause kidney damage It recommended to take it for ONLY 14 days straight . If you need to take it for over a month or more you should have blood work done to check your kidney function.
