15208B Exhaust Leovince Lv-10 Black Stainless Steel Honda Cbr 500 R 2016 > 2018.- LeoVince is organized in two locations: The research and development department, as well as the sales and marketing department, are located in a completely new structure of 1,500 square meters, equipped with sophisticated last-generation machinery for the development of exhaust systems; in this structure there is also a photographic studio for the creation of marketing material. The Sales & Marketing team manages a worldwide network of over 60 distributors. The Business Unit, in total among the different departments, has 10 people.The production is located in a structure of 22,000 square meters, equipped with advanced technologies for the production of exhaust systems. LeoVince is able to perform "in house" all the phases of the production process, from the shearing and cutting of the sheets, to the bending of the tubes, to the welding in controlled atmosphere, up to the creation of all the components in carbon fiber and to the final assembly. With the current 114 employees the production capacity is around 240,000 pieces a year.
