Good product and GREAT customer service
First, they give me great control over my irrigation as they are easy to monitor and adjust the water volume. I'm using them in my garden and for individual plants around my yard. Like many other reviewers have pointed out, they are hard to get onto my tubing but a little heat (I use a heat gun) makes the process much easier. My order was about a year ago and the green caps at that time were not UV stabilized and failed after a few months in my Arizona sun. When I contacted the seller, they were very helpful and provided replacement caps within a few days. The description on the replacements indicates that they are UV stabilized. I'll be monitoring the new caps vs the original order.

Good system
This is a very easy system to set up. I like how all the sprayers are adjustable so you can control how much water you want on each plant or area. The only reason I didn’t give it a higher rating is that they only give you the fittings to add it to a hose and I wanted to bring it off my 1/2” sprinkler line, but I eventually got it done.

Best customer service and sprayer/drip irrigation ever......
I very seldom write reviews; I expect the products I purchase to perform as described. Well, I had purchased two boxes of the 100 count sprayers from Carpathen, I installed them they worked great but after about a year the green caps started to deteriorate and crack. I went back and read some reviews and other people were having the same problem and then also stated that they didn't get any replacement help from Carpathen. In my case this cannot be any farther from the truth. I sent an E-mail and quickly got a reply from Clara T. with a very pleasant and helpful reply, she asked for the Amazon order number in which I sent. Clara reply back and said that they were sorry for the problem and were sending the new black UV resistant sprayers, I didn't know what or how many were coming. I can say that this package brought a huge smile because inside was 200 of the new sprayers, Clara T. at Carpathen replaced my whole order, this is way above any customer service I ever had and I'm 72. A big THANK YOU again Clara T at Carpathen.

Just great products and company!
Everything was SO easy to ‘do’ and the packaging and instructions were SO clear. I might even say it was ‘energizing’:) ! I have actually enjoyed adding drip irrigation to my planter beds. I can tell Carpathen put effort into the ‘user experience’ in all they sent and in all they offer as resources. Thanks!!

I really wanted to like these irrigation emitters, but….
For starters, I typically don’t provide reviews for products, but this one frustrated me enough that I wanted to provide a review so that others may not have the same missteps as me.I’ll be honest this was my first attempt at installing a drip irrigation system in my garden, so I chalk my experience up as trial and error.MISTAKE #1: One learning point for me was my flawed logic in watering, I was used to spray type watering with sprinklers, etc., but what I was wanting was drip irrigation. I purchased these emitters with my flawed watering logic in mind. I liked the idea of having a stake on the emitter and found few with this design, so this too contributed to me purchasing these emitters.MISTAKE #2: I typically research everything thoroughly, but with this purchase I didn’t read the reviews prior to purchasing as I was trying to get this irrigation project done quickly and let the logic above push my purchase. Not to mention the price was right….but you get what you pay for. These Carpathen were $0.22 each compared to similar Rain bird spiked bubblers at $1.64 each, and when I was needing upwards of 100 units, this seemed right. In hindsight, if I had actually gotten drip emitters I wouldn’t have needed the spikes.MISTAKE #3: Again, due to my flawed logic on watering, drip irrigation is designed to be efficient and save users on their water bills. These emitters are not efficient with a maximum of 60 gallons/hour (GPH), comparatively the Rain bird bubblers of this type have a maximum of 13 GPH. The GPH information should be readily available if not posted in the title. The information for this product has been updated since my original purchase on June 7, 2023, so the information “about this item” is located near the top but when I was looking for the gallons/hour (GPH) it was buried.Again, I really want to like this product, but they need to improve some design flaws and then they could be competitive with better products available on the market.FLAW #1: Had I read the reviews prior to my purchase I would have seen that making the connection between the ¼” hose and the emitter was difficult to nearly impossible, and I probably would have not purchased. The directions indicating that you should put the hose in boiling water are ludicrous unless you have your camp stove nearby for the entire operation and still the hot water soak really doesn’t work that well, because I tried. May be the boiling water technique is for use with their tubing, which I did not purchase. I used Rain bird ¼” tubing as this is what my local hardware store carried, and in hindsight I should have used all the same brand of product which is locally available to alleviate A LOT of frustration. The barbs on the emitter and those going into the ½” supply tubing are larger than ¼” tubing and require a heat gun to soften the tubing to make a connection. While the heat gun softens the tubing enough to get it on the barb, one must be careful that the tubing isn’t misshapen because this can affect the seal. I’m somewhat thankful that I had the heat gun, but part of me wishes I didn’t have it and would have sent these all back and went with a proven product. I still may send these back.FLAW #2: As mentioned above, the 60 GPH max is way too high for an emitter, at that GPH rate these units should be called sprinklers. That being said, if you read about the product it does say they are micro sprinklers, but in the title they also say sprayer and drip emitter, truthful since they do both but also confusing for the novice. This high flow rate drained approximately 200 gallons of collected rainwater as I was turning down the flow rates on each emitter to drip and troubleshooting leaks in the system. Leaks occurred at the hose connection at the ½” line and at the emitter connection typically because of the misshapen ¼” tubing from the heat gun process, but also where the barb entered the ½” line. In the later instance I had to remove the barb/emitter from the ½” line, cut out that section and splice the line with a straight ½” barbed connector. An alternative to this action would be to install "goof" plugs and insert a new connector, however I didn't have any "Goof" plugs but will be getting and trying for these instances.FLAW #3: Its nice that these emitters come with a tool to puncture the ½” line to insert the barb, this tool is only good if you’re installing < 10 or occasional installations. Due to its small size it is difficult to get enough focused pressure to make a good hole and eventually your hand will hurt. Other available products have a better ergonomic design that requires less hand pressure and creates a better hole.PLUS (+): The emitters are adjustable, so when a seasonal vegetable like peas, lettuce, or spinach is done for the season I can shut those waterers off, unlike other drip emitters where this is more of a challenge unless its adjustable. The seller did contact me with some installation tips, like using the heat gun, unfortunately the message was sent after I had figured this out on my own. Tips like this should be in the product details or better yet improve the product design so that a heat gun is not necessary.

Do not use them all on a single hose connection
The media could not be loaded. There I was observing all my hard work of installing the emitters when I turned the hose on and was disappointed. With good pressure I got maybe 15-20 to work with a semi decent spray radius. If you want a dribble you could probably get away with way more. My main line supply isn’t big enough it’s only 1/2 inch, which is my biggest problem and if corrected might help.Installing the barbs into a supply line was a huge pain. Until I grabbed a socket just big enough to go over the barb but catch on the disc in the middle, it saved my fingers and made it go 10X faster.
