When using its power supply, it provides 97 Watts across seven ports to other PoE-powered devices such as IP cameras, VoIP phones, and wireless access points. When PoE-powered, 10W PoE out are available. The compact size of POEmax (8 ports in 5.5" x 1.25" x 3") and its silver-aluminum case make it perfect for cubicles or ceiling drops where space and power outlets are in short supply. POEmax won't slide off a desk either due to its "non-skid" legs. Rear cable installation keeps everything clean. The product carries a one year warranty.
