There are two types of this little brush (Soft bristles and stiff bristles). I don't know which one to get? Any suggestions?

Depends on your beard, I use the stuff bristles because my beard is longer and it works better to comb and distribute the balm more evenly. For a shorter beard soft may be a better fit. Also the stiff bristles scratch a bit so that can be a good thing.

Is this good for thicker beards?? Or just medium sized ones??

This is for short to medium beards, for thicker beards it is probably not going to be big enough to penetrate through your beard. We'd recommend something bigger and probably with a handle.

what are the dimensions of the box?

About three and a half inches long, an inch wide, a half inch deep. It’s a small box.

How do you clean zilberharboar bristle brushes?

Simply use a wire type brush cleaner as needed (personally, I like Olivia Garden brush cleaner). Occasionally rinse the bristles with cool water. Avoid exposure to moisture of wooden handle. Air dry on countertop with bristles always facing down. When storing brush make sure bristles are upward.
