My family loves this very spicy jerk sauce. You can marinate with it, use it as a baste for grilling, or just put it on the side of your plate as a dipping sauce. It is very spicy so use sparingly! But it makes plain old chicken taste a lot like the authentic jerk chicken we used to get from the Jamaican restaurants in NYC.

I've ordered multiple jars, several times in the past couple of years.Every time, half my jars are not sealed. Literally 2 have come loose in the mail.I've sent correspondence on the fact, the second time it happened. Even showed a picture ofthe lids showing a diagonal tic mark on the edge of the lid, that I thought might indicate where the problem was occuring.I know I'm not the only one.It's a liability that needs to be covered.

I've used it on soups, chicken, even omelets. Big fan. One word of note, its main ingredient is pineapple, so it is a tiny bit sweet, but not overbearingly so. It also has the perfect level of heat (I'm a big fan of heat so take that for what its worth).

Love this jerk sauce! Really great flavor similar to the spice I had in Jamaica. I love it on grilled fish but have also used it on chicken. The Jerk sauce is dark and thick so it can be painted on with a basting brush! Highly recommend.

Arrived broken

This marinade tastes sooo good but I have a really sensitive stomach, so my stomach didn't take it so well. It was so worth it though. I'm going to try the original one and see if it's less spicy. I can't stay away from this stuff completely, it's just too good!
