I am not a diabetic but these insoles were the ones recommended to me by my foot doctor. As they have the most cushioning and smooth this surfacing. I have them in three pairs of shoes including a pair of steel toes and they are by far my favorite out of all the ones I've tried.

Bastante cómodos, los utilizo en zapatos que me quedaban un poco más grandes de mi talla y con estas plantillas, además que es más cómodo el caminar, mi pie se ajusta muy bien a dicha talla.

Once the sock is on the product it makes the product too narrow to put my foot in it

I wear size 14 shoes, and my job has me standing on steel grate floors 12 hours a night. My feet hurt a lot, I've tried many different insoles made out of all kinds of different materials. I'm not diabetic, but I am overweight and my job is hard on the feet in general. These are one of, if not, the best insoles I've tried. Absolutely worth $30 for me personally, even better if I can pick them up cheaper. They don't have any kind of plastic rigid support piece, but I find I don't need it and without it my shoes don't make that awkward squeaking as I walk. Couple of "negatives" Like most insoles this is a consumable product, meaning it doesn't last forever, some people think insoles do, they don't. These, due to the nature of the foam used and not having a top cloth, might not last as long as other insoles. At $30 or less, as is frequently the case, I don't really care. They're comfortable, serve me well, and after 6 months of having two pairs of shoes with them in it I've only replaced one that's not that bad. If you're wearing a smaller shoe size, you can get the non "plus" version for even cheaper, they have them at Walmart where I live. The normal version is a men's 7-13 trim to fit, and doesn't have the little metatarsal bump, but at Walmart they cost like $18. Can be found on Amazon for $20. The other "negative" is that if you wear them barefoot, they stick and "pop" or "fart" as you walk. Or at least they do for me. I have a pair of Hey Dudes with some of these inside and it's extremely comfortable, but these are my at home shoes so I frequently wear them barefoot so they make the "fart" sounds. Guess what, if I'm going out somewhere where I might care about that, I wear socks. Great insoles, glad to have found them, worth the money at full price, but frequently found for less in my size. I sincerely hope these continue to be made indefinitely.
