very handy tool when it comes to removing hooks from bluefish, sharks, skates etc. I like the hole for the string as I keep the pliers on me while surf fishing. a lot of people kill skates when they catch them but I just flip them over and use the pliers to remove the hook and let them go. like any item you use in saltwater wash and oil them after each use.
