How can these gloves be stored to prevent melting / deterioration?

Coat with baby powder. Just a light dusting so they don't stick together.

Could i ise these to be able to grip a dance pole better or would i slip?

The gloves look nothing like the picture they're more of a dishwashing glove. It also caused irritation on my skin.
