Buy only if you are willing to throw away your money. Zero (0) customer service from the seller. Devices come locked with password hence you cannot factory reset them, and vendor do not provide it.

I ordered a NEW phone and was sent one that was not new. I did not get a chance to verify the connectivity, sound quality or anything else because I sent it back. However, I imagine, if it's anything like other Yealink phones, it is a good quality and compatible with most VOIP systems.

These phones work. They aren't $500 phones, but they serve my small office well. They seem sturdy and the features are more than I need. Programming them was straightforward.

Some of these NEW phones will not register / provision because they already have been set up on another network. If this happens to you, just send them back and get a replacement. You should not have to do this, they are purchased as NEW and have already been registered / provisioned on another network!?? Replacements worked fine for me.

If you are running a small business, this phone is good enough as a VOIP. I like the good voice quality and the setup is pretty easy. I would recommend restoring to the factory setting by pressing the 'OK' button for 5 seconds before the actual use. I spent some time trying to connect with my network. After a reset, it works very well.

Simple setup ( device has simple web interphace) - configured and working in 2 minutes on sipgate - NOTE it is POE so comes with no power adapter , either buy a power supply or a cheap poe switch like (https://smile.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B09178VJK9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) - solid and good function on device
