Great Mouth Refresher
I have extreme dry mouth at night due to some of the medication I take. It gets so bad that I have no saliva at all and it is very difficult to even swallow. This Biotene mouth spray was recommended to me by my doctor and it is a godsend! Just before going to sleep, I spray 6 to 8 times into various sections of my mouth and I immediately feel the minty freshness and my mouth is no longer dry. That generally is all I need for the entire night. (1 or 2 squirts will not be enough). My only complaint is that the outside of the bottle gets slippery after a short while because some of the mist from the spray must land on the bottle. I simply use a Lysol wipe to clean the bottle off. Also, this spray is not cheap, but it does work. I recommend it.

Questo prodotto è utilissimo per il trattamento della xerostomia conseguente ai trattamenti di radioterapia e chemioterapia applicati al distretto testa collo in conseguenza di neoplasie al cavo orale. Purtroppo e disgraziatamente in Italia non si trova più. Non smettete mai di distribuirlo.Per certe persone è fondamentale per la qualità della vita.
