Best ever
This product is amazing. Easy set up, and easy to camouflage. Keeps humidity levels up and provides water for my crested gecko. Highly recommend. And there's 2 settings for water flow.

New rescue Beardie mom.
The media could not be loaded. I haven’t seen my beardie drink from his fountain since I got it for him 2 or 3 weeks ago. He is a rescue that was housed in a way to small aquarium without any decoration or logs to climb on, or hide under. I upgraded his habitat in every way. I am thinking he still is getting used to his new environment. I love this fountain. It adds to the beauty of his new habitat. He does like to hang out close to the fountain. Fingers crossed that he will eventually learn to use it.

Does not stay on.
Worked for a few minutes enough for chameleon to get a few drinks then turned off. I unplugged it, waited for a bit then plugged back in. Water flowed for about 30 seconds and then shut off. This item does not work properly.

Pump stopped working.
Unfortunately the pump stopped working after a month.

A little loud
This fountain is easy to use and easy to clean which is great. However, I think the sound and vibration of the motor is a bit of a deterrent when it comes to your animal actually drinking from it. It looks nice and I like that there is a visual indicator for when the water is low. The fountain itself works and is visually pleasing. But if your animal doesn't drink from it, it kind of defeats the purpose.

It works!
My beardie actually drinks out of this thing of his own accord. I don’t even have to move him in proximity for him to see the moving water. It’s totally worth the cash. Not too loud. You just have to keep up refilling the water in their hot environment, as it tends to evaporate every couple days.

Best water system on the market
One of the best pet bowl solutions for water with the charcoal filter keeps the water nice fresh and clean the simulated drip fall is perfect for chameleons I have two Panther chameleons that are both 12 inches long they are wonderful animals and they absolutely love this amazing bowl system I also have 52 other reptiles and I would say 26 of them need these bowl They are fantastic. They last a very long time in value for money wise. You will not find another unit anywhere else. It’s a shame that Petco does not sell these wonderful units because they’re definitely losing a lot of money because of that.

Quiet but a few flaws.
The media could not be loaded. There are no assembly or trouble shooting instructions. The assembly is pretty easy. It does work and is quiet. There is any water splashing around outside the waterfall. Now the flaws. The indicator light doesnt work. No matter how much water I put in this s it stays red. It flickered blue when I plugged it in but then switched to red and stays red. Maybe the colors are switched? There are only 2 setting for the water flow and there wasn't much difference between the two settings. It would be nice if there was a slower setting. The biggest flaw is the safety. My crested gecko would need to climb inside this at least a little to get to the water. The grid only had support on the sides not the front and back so it easily tips. Once it tips it stays tipped as it needs a little work to get it back in place with the water tube and wires. I'm worried my gecko or frog could fall in and drown.I really wanted this to work as it seems super easy to clean and works as I want it to but without the full support for the grid I don't feel safe with my gecko using this.
