Great product for people with sensitive ears. They are made of plastic so they are more fragile than a standard earring and tend to bend if you're forceful with them.Be careful when putting on the backing that you don't force it. If they feel uncomfortable or hurt after you've put them in, you might have bent the post inside your ear.Since the post is a little long, I recommend after you put the backing on, you look in a mirror and carefully use scissors to cut off the access post sticking out behind your ear. This will help if you wear headphones, a headset or especially if you chose to wear them to bed. They will also last a lot longer by cutting off the ends and they won't poke into head (they can be a little sharp.)Once they're in, you can't even tell they're plastic!AGAIN, BE GENTLE WITH THEM and they will last longer. Taking them in and out frequently will cause them to break. I usually just wear them until they fall out and put another one in.

The colored earrings in the picture includes a row of purple, light blue, and a row of half black and half red. However when I received these, there were no purple ones, the blue are a navy/darker blue, and I got a full row of red and full row of black. Fortunately I do not wear purple too often, I just figured I would want them for the color variety. Unfortunately I had loved the light blue shown in the picture and am overall okay receiving the darker blue...I am happy none of these showed up broken, although one of the green ones was slightly bent. I have recently been having some trouble with my earrings, and my ears aching after wearing them. But it would only be with some pairs, or a certain pair. And then I realized that I have a slight allergy to the cheap metal ones. Now I have been wearing earrings for over 10 years, and never had any problem with a metal allergy until recently. The doctor said that these kind of allergies can appear overnight. While it is unfortunate, it is also fine, because there are so many great options available for sensitive ears, or hypoallergenic needs. I found this HUGE collection of earrings on here, and decided to give it a try. Why I received the package, there was some slight damage, which I assume happened during shipping, but it did not damage the earrings or the rubber posts at all. There are a variety of sizes and colors, plus an entire additional 3 different sizes of clear. They are similar to rhinestones, and are glued on to the posts, but when they are worn, you really cannot tell. Yes, these are cheaper than most earring sets you would buy, but for the huge quantity, and not being metal at all, these are great for everyday wear! I am very pleased with my purchase; they are sure to last me for years to come!

Break very easily and the gems come out very easily. Definitely not for young children!

I slept in a pair for one night and woke up missing two earrings only to find them snapped In half in my bed with the backs on, meaning the earrings broke off in my ear, also gems fall off so easily.
