Good enough for light use. Lost some studs on 5km hike.
They are really inexpensive. So great purchase for light / occasional use. The sizing seemed accurate to me. No trouble putting them on, and only one slipped off during my hike. The hike was on an icy trail about 5km 3.5mi in length. Quite steep in parts, but nothing crazy. No bare ground. That said, I had to replace 4 lost studs when I got back. They just press through holes in the rubber and I guess if those holes are stretched during use the studs fall out. Still, for light use, I think they are pretty good. If the studs fall out this quick I think they would not last long. Maybe I can find some more secure replacement studs in the future.

cleats pull out too easily
I wore these ice/snow grips for one trip to the dog park (very icy) and within 1 hour I was missing 3 cleats on one and 4 missing on the other. I can't recommend these for anything other than an icy sidewalk...forget anything with variable terrain. I have almost used up the 10 included cleats in one trip!

GREAT PROTECTION FOR EVEYONE
LAST YEAR ON FEBRUARY 17,2021 I SLIPPED AND FELL, SERIOUSLY HURT MYSELF (KNEES, HIPS AND ANKLE ON RIGHT SIDE). NOW, WHEN IT SNOWS, I JUST SLIP THEM OVER MY BOOTS AND VOILÀ, SECURITY AS I HAVE HAD EXCRUCIATING PAIN SINCE (11 MOS AGO) I FEEL SAFE AT LAST.

Kept falling off boot
Purchased a women’s size 5-7 for my daughter who wears a size 6 Sorel rubber toe boot. They kept falling off on our hike, so we took them off and gave up.I think this size would fit best on a size 7 women’s boot. Won’t work on a narrow toe as an FYI. Best used on a wide toe boot made of rubber.

weak
sure they work but they are very weak. Med W size is very small, it was hard to get it to cover the entire shoe sole. Get one size up. In future I'll buy a chain grip system. There are better out there.
