June 2019 Update: I still use this. No signs of wear and tear! Original Review: A great design! Stays cold or hot for 20-30 minutes. Very soothing. It does have to be squished a bit to be comfortable on the eyes or place a thin cloth or tissue under it. I also find it perfect to wear it backwards like a headband to chill the base of my skull when I have a headache (or I just need to cool down). The space made to go over your nose perfectly fits on my neck to allow me to keep full range of motion. I also have a small head and find the elastic a perfect size to secure it.

Sirve mucho para los dolores de cabeza o para descansar y relajar los ojos, se puede usar en frío o en calor, se ajusta bien a la cabeza, son de plástico así que no las recomiendo para dormir.

La imagen que se presenta es diferente al producto recibido. El elástico es relativamente corto, lastima en su uso. Las perlas son contadas, es decir, pareciera una muestra lo que impide uniformidad en el enfriamiento. Además de que el tiempo que permanece frío no es mayor a 5 minutos. Malísimo producto

I don't know why I didn't purchase this sooner. There's no way I could go without having one and knowing it's in the freezer whenever I need it. My allergies are horrible and I can't even count the number of mornings I've woke up and my eyes are so swollen I don't even recognize myself. This has given me relief and been so soothing while waiting for my allergy meds to kick in (as I don't like taking them everyday). A plus is the elastic band that keeps it in place so you don't have to worry about it sliding off your face if you roll over or move suddenly.

Overall a good product. But the plastic material gives me sensory ick.
