## Questions & Answers

**Q: Anyone explain the difference between this one and the road morph? My local bike shop only had the road morph so I got that for my mountain bike.**
A: The Mountain morph is designed for mountain bike tires that are larger and run lower pressure, so it has a larger diameter to give more air per stroke. The road morph pump is a smaller tube so delivers less air per stroke but will allow you to generate higher pressure for the same amount of arm power.  I'm not sure of the exact specs. I use the Mountain Morph on 700c x 32 touring tires and can get them to about 90 psi.  If I had to go higher pressure it would be hard and I would probably wish for the road pump. I've had this pump for several years now and it is holding up very well. Hope this helps.

**Q: How does the pump mount on the bike?**
A: Pump comes with a clip-on mount that attaches to any tube on the bike with two heavy duty cable ties (included). I carry mine on the seat tube right beside the rear water bottle. It can also be screw-mounted using either of the water bottle locations. A Velcro strap provides backup for the spring clip.

**Q: In the description it says that this pump is for Presta/Schrader valves; does that mean I will not need an adapter for my Presta valve tires?**
A: At first I didn't think Presta worked, because I just reversed the inner rubber adapter. But you also need to reverse the plastic pin piece underneath (that's also hard to get out). Once I reversed both parts, the pump worked fine with my Presta valves. (I had to look this up on the Topeak web site.)
